Princess Eugenie has shared new photographs on Instagram of her newborn daughter, Adelaide Elizabeth Annina Brooksbank, alongside her two young sons. The images offer the public a first proper glimpse of the family together following Adelaide's birth earlier in August, marking another addition to the extended royal family as the King's niece continues to share glimpses of her private life online.

Adelaide was born on 3 August at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal, weighing 6lb 9oz, and is the third child of Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank, 40. One photograph shows Eugenie, 36, gazing lovingly at her daughter with the caption "4 weeks of you!!", while another captures her sons August, five, and Ernest, three, lying in matching pyjamas as they admire their new sister. Eugenie, the youngest daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, has said Adelaide's name pays tribute to people she and her husband "love and admire, past and present", including the late Queen.
