Heidi Klum shuns Hollywood’s weight-loss obsession after husband Tom Kaulitz told her to ‘eat more’
Supermodel and "America's Got Talent" judge Heidi Klum has publicly rejected Hollywood's fixation on weight loss, saying she has no interest in Ozempic or other GLP-1 drugs despite widespread speculation about their use among celebrities. The 53-year-old credits her husband, Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz, with reshaping how she views her body after decades of industry pressure to remain ultra-thin, making her a notable voice pushing back against a prevailing beauty trend.
Klum told Us Weekly that she has gained weight in recent years and is no longer "a size 24 jean," but believes the fuller look suits her better with age. She said Kaulitz was the first person to tell her to "eat more" and that she "would look better" with "more meat on your bones" — advice she initially found startling given industry norms. The couple secretly married in February 2019 before a lavish ceremony off Capri, Italy. Klum added that she does not criticise those who use weight-loss drugs, saying people should do what they want, particularly those who have long struggled with their weight.
