## Summary

Mike Flanagan says the team adapting Warhammer 40,000 for Prime Video has found a “very cool and unexpected” way to introduce viewers to its sprawling universe. The approach could help make the setting accessible to newcomers while giving longtime fans a recognisable entry point, but he has not revealed what it is.

Flanagan said he was sworn to secrecy and noted the franchise includes around 700 novels, as well as games and other stories. Initial outlines were completed and script work was expected to follow, according to Games Workshop’s financial reporting; Henry Cavill has also confirmed he is involved as both performer and producer, though his role remains secret. The series is in development, with no release date announced.
