Olivia Rodrigo launched her Unraveled Tour with two consecutive shows at Hartford’s PeoplesBank Arena, performing the dramatic relationship story explored on her third album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So In Love. Supported by Wolf Alice, she combined the new record with major songs and deeper cuts from Sour and Guts, making the opening concerts a broad overview of her career so far.

The set began with “Drop Dead”, performed among pink flowers, and also included “Serena Joy”, which Rodrigo recently debuted at her Daisy Chain Fields festival. Other highlights included “Driver’s License”, “Traitor”, “Vampire”, “Good 4 U”, “Favorite Crime” and “Bad Idea Right?”, before a three-song encore featuring “Deja Vu”, “All-American Bitch” and “Expectations”. The North American tour continues through cities including Pittsburgh, Chicago, Boston, Montreal and Toronto, followed next year by ten-night residencies in Los Angeles, New York and London.
