The guide explains how to complete “The Heart Wants What It Wants”, a branching quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker in which Coen helps Ocha and Nora escape the control of the crime lord Andrei. Its main significance is that the player’s approach determines Ocha’s later role, available training and a future quest connection, although every route awards the same Swordmastery manual.

Players should enter Andrei’s butcher’s shop through the upper balcony at night, use vampiric powers, and take his ring rather than the pendant or cleaver for Ocha’s spell. Opening the pig pen distracts the guard, allowing the hex to be drawn; using the ring causes Andrei to die by the spell, while fighting him or using the wrong item leads to his death in combat. At the river, dialogue can send Ocha home to the Uriashi settlement, or—if the spell killed Andrei—leave her and Nora in the city as crime bosses, where she teaches Swordmastery and starts the “Study in Crimson” quest.
