## Key points

- Huddersfield lead League One after four wins in five.
- Cheltenham moved up to third with a 1-0 victory.
- Derby are 23rd and winless in six league games.

## Summary

Huddersfield Town moved to the top of League One after beating Wigan 2-1, continuing a strong run under head coach Martin Drury. Sam Parkin praised the team’s start and singled out Derensili Sanches Fernandes, saying the forward looks a class above the division; the form has strengthened hopes of a promotion push.

Cheltenham climbed to third with a 1-0 win over Newport, while Derby remained 23rd in the Championship after drawing 1-1 with Sheffield United and extending their winless league run to six matches. Parkin said injuries and an uncompleted summer takeover had left Derby with a weaker squad, but backed manager John Eustace to improve results. Norwich ended a five-game losing streak by coming from behind to beat Charlton, offering head coach Philippe Clement some relief.
