## Key points

- The Rams have organised a competitive locker-room reaction game.
- More than half the team has taken part.
- Myles Garrett remains unbeaten at the top.

## Summary

Los Angeles Rams players have turned a quick reaction game into an organised locker-room competition, helping teammates connect during a season marked by injuries and high expectations. The league gives players a way to compete and unwind away from the pitch, while creating conversation across position groups.

The game involves one player pointing in a direction as another moves their head; matching directions score a point, and no punches are thrown. Commissioner Grant Stuard set up rankings, referees and best-of-three matches, with two officials required for contests between top-three players. More than half the locker room has taken part, but NFL Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett remains champion, having beaten recent challenger Shaun Dolac.
