## Key points

- *Godzilla Minus Zero* opens in US cinemas on 6 November.
- It is not yet available online or on streaming.
- A possible 2027 digital release is unconfirmed.

## Summary

New coverage confirms *Godzilla Minus Zero* opens in US cinemas on Friday, 6 November, and is not yet available to stream or watch online. No digital release date or streaming platform has been confirmed, so viewers who want to see it now will need to go to a cinema.

Written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki, the sequel is set in Japan in 1949 as the country rebuilds and faces the monster King Ghidorah. Ryunosuke Kamiki returns as former kamikaze pilot Shikishima, alongside several cast members from *Godzilla Minus One*. The previous film arrived on Netflix about six months after its US cinema opening, but a similar schedule for the sequel, possibly around May 2027, is speculation.
