A separate "pre-owned" scheme offers cheaper, non-refurbished used phones with less stringent quality checks, while "Open Box" items are unused but sold without original retail packaging. Buyers are also advised to check who the listed reseller is, as most are lesser-known authorised partners rather than major retail brands.
