Prime Video has cancelled its faith-based family drama "It's Not Like That" after a single season, Deadline reports. The decision is notable because the series, produced by Amazon MGM Studios in collaboration with Wonder Project, held a perfect 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes and appeared to be performing well in the streamer's rankings, making the cancellation something of a surprise.

The show starred Scott Foley as Malcolm, a recently widowed pastor and father of three, and Erinn Hayes as Lori, a newly divorced mother of two, as they navigated single parenthood and a tentative romance. It debuted on Wonder Project's Prime Video add-on channel on 25 January before a wider release on 15 May, and featured on Prime Video's global and US Top 10 lists. The finale left the couple's relationship unresolved. While "It's Not Like That" has been dropped, Wonder Project's other faith-based drama, "House of David", is reported to be getting a third season.
