It’s the End of an Era for Hulu’s 4-Part Anime Franchise
The anime adaptation of the manga series Bleach is concluding with its fourth and final season, titled The Calamity, arriving on streaming platforms this month. Distributed by Viz Media, the finale will be available exclusively on Hulu for U.S. viewers and on Disney+ in select international territories beginning July 25, 2026.
The series continues to maintain strong audience anticipation despite competition from other high-profile anime releases this summer. Industry surveys tracking viewer interest ranked the finale as the second-most-anticipated anime overall for the season, receiving 110 votes compared to a cyberpunk Ghost in the Shell reboot's 115 votes. Among returning franchises specifically, however, Bleach holds the top position, underscoring its significance as a legacy title concluding its television run.
