Montreal producer Jacques Greene has announced his third solo album, JG, due for release on 16 October via his own LuckyMe imprint. The announcement was accompanied by the release of the lead single "Presence," a bass-heavy two-step track, marking his first solo full-length since 2019's Dawn Chorus.

The 11-track record features collaborators including DJ Boring, umru and SAM-E, chosen for their personal connections to Greene rather than any overarching concept. In a press statement, Greene said the album "follows an intuition for places where I wanted to be and where I would be wanted," citing a friendship-driven track with Noah (SEES0000) as an example. The news follows Greene's 2025 collaborative album with Nosaj Thing under the alias Verses GT.
