Pop star Jade, formerly of Little Mix, revealed the eclectic contents of her Spotify liked-songs library as part of Rolling Stone's Song Shuffle series, recorded backstage at Lollapalooza. She admitted she'd only recently discovered the platform's "like" button, describing her selections as "quite eclectic" a mix reflecting her pop background, musical theatre interests and childhood influences.

The shuffle opened fittingly with Little Mix's "DNA," featuring her own famously powerful vocal, which she said she wrote using a textbook shortly after leaving school. She confessed to skipping the track "Oops" and preferring an unreleased demo of "Black Magic" by songwriter Kamille. Other songs included her own solo track "It Girl," "What You Own" from the musical Rent (after which she named her dog), Bon Iver's "Skinny Love," Jimmy Nail's "Big River" from her northeast England childhood, and MNEK's "At Night."
