Jennifer Eckhart, a former Fox Business staffer who sued the network and former anchor Ed Henry over alleged sexual harassment, rape and retaliation, was found dead at her Florida home on 19 September. She was 36, and the circumstances were reported by USA Today; an official cause of death had not been announced.

Eckhart joined Fox Business in 2013 and complained about Henry in 2020, after which he was suspended and dismissed following an investigation. Fox also fired Eckhart, citing workplace-related reasons; her lawsuit against the network was later dismissed, while Henry settled her claims in June 2025. She subsequently hosted the podcast Reinvented with Jen Eckhart.
