Jennifer Hudson, Patti LaBelle & Boyz II Men to Lead MLB All-Star Game Entertainment
Major League Baseball has announced the entertainment line-up for the 2026 All-Star Game, which will be held at Philadelphia's Citizens Bank Park on 14 July as part of the "America 250" celebrations marking the country's 250th birthday. Jennifer Hudson, Patti LaBelle and Boyz II Men will headline the festivities, pairing global star power with performers local to Philadelphia and Pennsylvania.
Jennifer Hudson is set to perform "America the Beautiful", while Patti LaBelle will sing the national anthem, accompanied by the Military District of Washington Joint Chorus and the West Point Band. Boyz II Men will perform after the fifth inning for a Stand Up to Cancer tribute, and Philadelphia-born actor Miles Teller will narrate a pre-game segment on baseball's place in American life. The rosters, announced over the weekend, include 26 first-timers, and rapper 2 Chainz will perform at The Players Party following the Home Run Derby on 13 July. The game airs on FOX.
