‘Jet Lag: The Game’ Season 19 Finale Heads to Regal, Picturehouse Movie Theaters as Nebula Expands Cineworld Partnership (EXCLUSIVE)

Variety · 2 hours ago

"Jet Lag: The Game," the travel-competition web series produced by streamer Nebula, is bringing its Season 19 finale to cinemas on 3 October, screening at selected Regal, Picturehouse and Cineworld venues across the US and UK. The event follows a well-received premiere screening for the season, dubbed "Japanorama," held at Picturehouse Cinemas in London in August, and marks an expanded partnership between Nebula and Cineworld's Regal Global Entertainment following their earlier deal to give the Nebula short film "Power Trip" an Oscar-qualifying theatrical run.

Tickets for the finale go on sale 8 September, with screenings planned at around 28 US locations and dozens of UK Picturehouse and Cineworld sites. Season 19 sees creators Sam Denby, Ben Doyle and Adam Chase, joined by guest star Tom Scott, compete across Japan, continuing a format that has previously taken the show to New Zealand, Europe, Australia and North America over 18 prior seasons. Executives from Regal, Picturehouse and Nebula described the move as a response to strong fan demand for communal viewing experiences.
