Guitarist John 5 has announced that his solo band, The Creatures, will feature Wednesday 13 on vocals for the 2027 summer/fall touring season, marking the first time the project has included a singer. To celebrate, the pair will perform songs spanning John 5's career, including material from Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, Mötley Crüe and David Lee Roth, alongside his own solo tracks.

The first confirmed date is the Wacken Open Air festival in Germany, running 28-31 July 2027, with further tour dates expected to follow. John 5, who has played with acts including Mötley Crüe, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Dolly Parton and released his latest solo album "Ghost" in October 2025, said he had missed performing these songs live. Wednesday 13, known as "The Duke of Spook" for his horror-tinged rock output with bands such as Murderdolls, said he and John 5 have been friends and touring companions since 2010.
