## Summary

John Legend has released “Get Ready”, a piano-led holiday song featured in the upcoming Peanuts special *Snoopy Presents: 12 Days of Snoopy*. The track accompanies a clip in which Snoopy starts a snowball fight with Woodstock, setting a playful tone for a story about whether Snoopy can get off Santa’s naughty list.

Produced with Raphael Saadiq, the song pairs a sound reminiscent of Vince Guaraldi’s Peanuts scores with a soulful brass arrangement. The special premieres on Apple TV on 13 November and follows Snoopy’s attempt to improve his standing with Santa over 12 days. It will also feature new music by Kamasi Washington and Leon Bridges, plus Laufey’s cover of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”.
