## Summary

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor gave an unclear response when asked whether he had requested a trade, leaving his future uncertain as the struggling team approaches the NFL trade deadline. He said the focus was on preparing for Dallas and giving home fans a win after the Colts’ heavy defeat last week.

The 2-6 Colts are expected to consider trading players before the 10 November deadline, with Taylor reportedly attracting interest from several teams. The 27-year-old has 610 rushing yards and eight touchdowns this season, and has 2½ years left on his contract. Indianapolis is said to be seeking a package comparable to what Carolina received for Christian McCaffrey in 2022: four draft picks.
