Collider · 3 hours ago

Luke Sparke, director of Primitive War, is developing Dinosaurs of the Wild West, a sci-fi Western streaming series set in an alternate America where humans and dinosaurs have lived alongside each other for centuries. The project blends frontier imagery with prehistoric creatures and is seeking crowdfunding, reflecting both its ambitious visual concept and its early stage of production.

A prototype trailer shows dinosaurs used for transport, labour and combat, including sauropods carrying cargo, pterosaurs ridden through the air and Tyrannosaurs ridden into battle. The Kickstarter campaign aims to fund the first two episodes, with stretch goals intended to support the rest of the season; the concept originated with artist Shaun Keenan and the trailer is narrated by Jesse Kove.
