Kingdom Come, the classic rock band best known for their 1988 hit "Get It On", have announced a new single titled "Payback's a Bitch", with a fan-filmed live performance from a recent gig in Michigan already circulating online. Drummer Matt Muckle said the band has three new songs finished and plans to release a single every few months, marking a fresh chapter for the group under its latest lineup.

Muckle said the track still needs mastering after a quick remix but is expected to arrive by late summer, with early September the likely target. The current line-up features founding guitarists Danny Stag and Rick Steier and bassist Johnny B. Frank alongside newer members, vocalist Ezekiel "Zeke" Kaplan and drummer Muckle, who joined in early 2024 and made their live debut with the band that March. Kaplan has previously spoken about the demanding vocal range required to cover original singer Lenny Wolf's parts and said fan reaction to the revamped line-up has been strongly positive.
