BRESH Global, the Latin music-focused entertainment and intellectual-property company behind the BRESH party brand, has acquired a majority stake in Argentina's Grupo Polenta, a live-entertainment firm known for its DJ-driven club nights, festivals and brand partnerships. Announced on Wednesday 8 July, the deal is described by BRESH Global as its "first add-on transaction", signalling the platform's intent to grow through acquisitions as well as organic expansion. Financial terms were not disclosed.

BRESH Global operates as the cultural-IP platform of Carabela, a New York-based private investment firm led by Eduardo Garcia Fernandez, and says it reaches audiences in more than 30 countries and 200 cities while producing over 500 events a year for upwards of one million attendees. Polenta, which has built a strong Gen Z and young-millennial following and produced roughly 120 events in 2024, will continue under its own brand, with co-founders Marina "Pol4ca" Frohmann and Ignacio Elizalde staying on to lead strategy and Frohmann remaining CEO. The move comes amid a wave of investment in Latin America, the fastest-growing recorded-music region in 2025 with revenues up 17.1% year on year, where players including Live Nation, HYBE and Universal Music Group have also been expanding.
