Lego has unveiled its second Star Trek set, this time recreating the bridge and transporter room of the original U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701, marking the franchise's 60th anniversary since The Original Series first aired in 1966. Made in partnership with Paramount, the set is the first Lego Star Trek model to feature the crew of the classic 1960s Enterprise, following the brand's earlier Star Trek release.

The model includes detailed interior touches such as computer stations, a screen displaying a Klingon warrior, a rocking captain's chair and press-button turbo lift doors. It comes with eight minifigures depicting Kirk, Spock, Uhura, Sulu, McCoy, Chekov, Chapel and Scott, plus accessories including Spock's harp, two Vulcan lirpas, a tricorder-style scanner and four tribbles. The set, officially named the Lego Icons Star Trek: U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 Bridge, costs $199.99 and contains a fittingly numbered 1,701 pieces.
