## Summary

Lennar homeowners are posting videos of cracks, shifting floors and mould in their homes, drawing millions of views and putting pressure on one of the largest US homebuilders. The accounts describe disputes over repairs and inspections, with some owners saying problems have persisted despite warranties or have affected their health.

A Celina, Texas, homeowner’s video showing a roughly inch-wide exterior crack has passed 10.6 million views; he says Lennar called the damage cosmetic, though later updates describe further inspections and an engineer’s report being arranged. Other Texas homeowners have shown linked cracks and uneven floors, while Houston buyer Ashley Frazier says she is suing over mould and reports developing health problems within two years of moving into a home bought in 2021. Lennar says it is working directly with homeowners on their concerns.
