Linkdaze’s smart calendar is built to run a household, not just track a schedule

TechCrunch · 58 minutes ago

Linkdaze has launched a touchscreen smart calendar designed to organise an entire household's schedule rather than just one person's, arriving as families face the annual back-to-school scheduling scramble. Its main selling point is broad calendar compatibility, syncing with Google, iCloud, Outlook, Yahoo and the family-organising app Cozi, then colour-coding entries so each family member's commitments are easy to spot at a glance—useful for households where members already use different calendar platforms rather than needing everyone to switch to one system.

Launched last December, the device comes in 15.6-inch and 10.1-inch sizes and also handles chores and rewards, meal planning, shopping lists and photo display. Its standout feature is an AI-powered "Snap-to-Sync" meal planner that converts photographed recipes or school lunch menus into digital meal plans and shopping lists. Unlike rival Skylight, which charges $79 a month for extra features, Linkdaze requires no subscription for its core functions, and its 10.1-inch model costs $119.99 versus Skylight's $159.99 for a comparable size.
