Little Big Town have released their 12th studio album, *It’s a Dying Art*, more than two decades after their debut, presenting it as a more intimate and vocally unpolished evolution of their established harmony-led sound. The group say the album explores difficult relationship moments alongside hope and joy, while defending the value of human, imperfect musical performance in an age increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.

Co-produced by Karen Fairchild and Gena Johnson, the record includes guest appearances from Kelsea Ballerini, Ashley Monroe and Jason Isbell. The four members—Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Jimi Westbrook and Phillip Sweet—reflect on remaining together for over 25 years, their career milestones and the importance of trusting their instincts, including being willing to say no to unsuitable opportunities.
