Lost city tied to biblical Exodus may have finally been discovered in Egypt

Fox News · 2 hours ago

Archaeologists in Egypt have uncovered new evidence, including a stone beam linked to Pharaoh Ramesses II, that could help locate a long-lost ancient city along a military route in north Sinai with possible ties to the biblical Exodus. The Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities announced the find on 15 August, and the discovery has drawn interest from those examining archaeological support for biblical accounts.

The excavation centred on a site linked to the ancient route soldiers and travellers would have used through the Sinai Peninsula, an area long associated with the Exodus narrative. The find coincides with the release of author Dinesh D'Souza's new book, "The Stones Cry Out," which explores archaeological findings he argues bolster the Bible's historical credibility.
