Reality TV star TJ Palma, best known from season 7 of "Love Island USA", has signed with the talent agency CAA, which will seek to expand his career beyond television into lifestyle, hospitality, entrepreneurship and menswear. Palma's signing reflects a wider trend of Hollywood agencies actively recruiting "Love Island USA" contestants soon after they build large fan followings during their time on the show.

Palma entered the villa on day 14 and left on day 24, but the exposure helped him amass roughly 846,000 TikTok followers, 380,000 on Instagram and 825,000 YouTube subscribers. Alongside his media profile, he runs a short-term rental business with around 20 properties in Tampa, Florida, and continues to feature his real-world partner Iris Kendall, whom he met on the show, across his content. He and Kendall also appeared together on the spinoff "Love Island: Beyond the Villa", and Palma joins fellow alumni such as Trinity Tatum, Bryce Alakai and Jen Terry, who recently signed with WME, United Talent Agency and Motive respectively.
