Hulu has cancelled Alex Cooper's dating series Love Overboard after just one season, ending the Call Her Daddy host's first venture into unscripted television. The show, which premiered at the end of March, struggled to generate significant buzz compared with other Hulu unscripted originals such as The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, The Kardashians and Vanderpump Villa.

Hosted by Gabby Windey, the series took place aboard a luxury yacht, where a group of "sexy singles" mingled in the hope of finding love, though access to the vessel's lavish amenities came with a twist. The season was won by Gia Aldisert and Tim Demirjian, who claimed a $100,000 round-the-world trip. The show was produced by Cooper's Unwell Productions, Jeff Jenkins Productions and 3BMG in association with Walt Disney Television Alternative, with the cancellation first reported by Page Six.
