## Key points

- Pokémon Center UK orders for three Delta Reign products are delayed.
- Shipping is now expected in mid-November.
- US customers have not yet been notified.

## Summary

The Pokémon Center has told UK customers that orders for three Delta Reign trading card products will be delayed, with shipping now expected in mid-November. The delay comes just before the set’s Friday launch and follows a lack of the usual payment and dispatch updates, leaving US customers without a formal notice so far.

The affected products are Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Bundles and Booster Boxes. Fans report that customer support has blamed an internal mix-up involving payment reauthorisation, while the store’s website has been under extensive maintenance and its checkout has reportedly not worked for nearly a week. Delta Reign is still due to launch at major retailers, though some local card shops are awaiting stock.
