A security guard at the Grand Teton Mall in Idaho has been suspended after a video showing him shouting at a lesbian couple went viral on TikTok. The footage, filmed by shopper Alyssa Bratcher over the holiday weekend, captured the confrontation and has drawn attention because of the guard's aggressive conduct towards the pair.

According to Bratcher, the guard—whom she named as Hansen—approached her and her girlfriend because they were taking photographs inside the mall. In the video, he told the women to stop talking and warned they would be banned. The exchange escalated, with the guard swearing at Bratcher over her filming and repeatedly insisting she "did care" about being banned. He reportedly told them they were free to leave, said they would be banned if they stayed, and allegedly attempted to take Bratcher's phone while a second guard was called.
