A North Carolina man has been arrested after allegedly urinating on a family, including an eight-year-old girl, during a Morgan Wallen concert in Baltimore in July. The case drew attention after a video of the family’s initial interaction with officers circulated online, and police later opened a fuller investigation.

Jayson Reed, 33, faces four counts of second-degree assault, public urination and related offences. He was arrested in Wilson County, North Carolina, and is being held pending extradition to Maryland; each second-degree assault charge can carry up to 10 years’ imprisonment.
