New CCTV footage published in Turkish media shows a man in a black jacket, white trousers and glasses carrying a long weapon beside a red minivan, as police continue searching for the suspect in shootings that killed eight people. The attacks in western Turkey’s Afyonkarahisar province have prompted a large-scale operation and the closure of roads to nearby villages.

Local reports say victims were found in several locations and three vehicles near Ayazini, Kiyir and Yukaritandir. Three people were killed near Ayazini and three near Kiyir; two women found injured in Yukaritandir later died in hospital, and two teachers were reportedly among the dead.
