## Key points

- Cuban appeared in WWE twice.
- Randy Orton gave him an RKO.
- A table stunt left his back sore for two weeks.

## Summary

Mark Cuban says his two WWE appearances left him with greater respect for professional wrestlers, describing the work as athletic and painful despite being orchestrated. The Dallas Mavericks minority owner recalled taking an RKO from Randy Orton and being put through a table by Sheamus.

Cuban said WWE invited him to take part in a Dallas event in 2003, when he asked to be both hit and allowed to hit someone. In 2009, he agreed to go through a table during a segment involving John Cena and Sheamus; he said his back hurt for two weeks afterwards.
