A leaked internal Game Freak documentary from the development of Pokémon Diamond & Pearl has reportedly revealed more than 100 previously unseen creature designs and early concepts. The material offers an unusually detailed glimpse into how one of the franchise’s most significant generations was developed, including ideas that were altered or abandoned before release.

The documentary, titled Make All, was reportedly obtained by Pokémon collector Neos and examined in a video by YouTuber Lewtwo. It includes artwork and design revisions that did not appear in the finished games, adding to previous leaks concerning unused Pokémon, regions and early development concepts.
