- Their posts offered sharply different political messages.

## Summary

Sophie Cunningham shared a post urging people to focus on personal responsibility and improving society rather than expecting elections to solve the country’s problems. Her message followed the US midterm elections and stressed that personal standards and culture shape the nation.

Chicago Sky player Natasha Cloud posted a different reaction, sharing a Democratic representative’s “LAWYER UP!” message and adding “BTA”, slang for “belt to ass”. The article presents the players’ posts as contrasting responses to Republican losses, while noting Cunningham has described herself as politically moderate and Cloud has previously criticised the country over a Supreme Court ruling on university affirmative action.
