Mercedes Moné defeated Willow Nightingale at AEW's All In event to win the AEW Women's World Championship for the first time, capping a long-running rivalry between the two wrestlers. The victory adds another major title to Moné's AEW career, which began after months of speculation about her joining the promotion, and follows her lengthy earlier reign as TBS Champion.

Moné exploited an injury to Nightingale's hand during a bruising, blood-soaked contest, eventually forcing her opponent to submit to the Money Maker hold after Nightingale ran out of steam. The pair had been on a collision course since Nightingale beat Moné for the TBS title on 31 December 2025, before going on to win the Women's World Championship herself. With Thekla, a former champion, seen watching from above the arena, a title clash between her and Moné looks likely at AEW's All Out event next month.
