Michelle Branch has released a new duet version of her 2002 hit “Goodbye to You” with Maren Morris, accompanied by a music video inspired by MTV’s *Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County*. The collaboration matters as a nostalgic reworking of a defining early-2000s song, with Kristin Cavallari—an original *Laguna Beach* cast member—appearing in the video.

Branch and Morris trade vocals on the new recording, which is the second preview of Branch’s forthcoming EP *Everywhere and Back Again*, due 6 November via BMG. The project celebrates Branch’s 25 years in music, while the original “Goodbye to You” reached No. 21 on the Billboard Hot 100 and came from her triple-platinum debut era; Branch’s accompanying tour sold out rapidly, leading to an additional 2027 leg.
