Far Out Magazine has reviewed "Psychedelia in White," a gothic avant-garde collaboration between musician Mick Harvey and singer Amanda Acevedo, due for release on 4 September 2026 via Mute Recordings. The review also criticises the mix, particularly Acevedo's vocals sitting too far above the rest of the instrumentation, and suggests the album seems tailored to catch the ear of TV music supervisors from shows like "Interview with the Vampire" or "The Vampire Diaries" rather than to satisfy listeners on record.
