The family of Nicole Fusaro, a Philadelphia woman who vanished in 2018 aged 27, say investigators believe she is the victim seen being strangled in a homemade film shot by disgraced pornographer Ray Horsch. Fusaro is one of at least five missing women linked to Horsch's Olney home, with police believing at least three, including Fusaro, are dead, in a case that highlights how a predator allegedly exploited vulnerable women struggling with addiction over many years before his crimes came to light.

Horsch, who died last year aged 82 and was known for producing snuff films and sadomasochistic writing, was investigated only after his son Eugene, 44, was stopped near Independence Mall in June 2026 with a woman carrying identification belonging to another missing woman, Blair Tonzelli. Searches of the Olney property uncovered illegal firearms, drugs, cremated remains in urns, and more than 50 hard drives containing 600,000 images, 70,000 videos and 10,000 writings, some allegedly showing Maribel Fresses and Gabrielle Amarando alive before "graphic and dark" footage of their deaths. Horsch's ex-wife, Amy McHale, also disappeared in 2016, and none of the missing women's bodies have been found; Eugene has not been charged over any of the disappearances.
