## Summary

Missouri State Highway Patrol officers recaptured Jacob Allen Morley, who escaped from a Tennessee prison while serving a life sentence for murder. His arrest ended a search spanning two states and involved several local and federal agencies.

Morley escaped the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville on 25 October, and authorities say he later stole a truck. On 3 November, information placed him near Interstate 70 in Missouri; officers used FLOCK cameras to locate the vehicle in Liberty. He became stuck after trying to veer off the road and was arrested without further incident about two hours after police received information about his possible location.
