## Summary

Paramount+ has confirmed that its British crime drama "MobLand" will return for a second season on 18 September, releasing a first-look teaser alongside the announcement. The renewal news is notable because it follows a well-publicised fallout between star Tom Hardy and the show's producers, which briefly led to his exit; a recent meeting in London reportedly resolved the dispute and secured his return for a planned third season.

The 10-episode second season will follow the Harrigan crime family as they struggle to maintain a united front while rival factions threaten their fractured empire, with Hardy's "fixer" character Harry Da Souza navigating rising internal tensions. The series, created by Ronan Bennett with Jez Butterworth as showrunner and executive producer, boasts a large ensemble including Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren, Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt and Toby Jones. Guy Ritchie and Hardy also serve as executive producers, and the show is produced in association with Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios.
