Tennessee's college football team, the Volunteers, will pay tribute to Dolly Parton throughout the upcoming season following her recent death at the age of 80. The Neyland Stadium side is replacing Morgan Wallen's "The Way I Talk," its fourth-quarter anthem since 2024, with a Parton song, and will add a commemorative helmet sticker in her honour for every game this year.

The sticker features an orange butterfly with Parton's name, worn on the back of players' helmets, though the specific replacement song has not yet been announced and may be revealed during Tennessee's game against Furman University. Head coach Josh Heupel praised Parton as "The Queen Of East Tennessee," highlighting both her global musical legacy and her philanthropic work, including founding the Imagination Library in 1995 and Dollywood in 1986, as reasons for the tribute.
