Sue Radford, matriarch of the family known as "Britain's biggest" and star of Channel 5's 22 Kids and Counting, has publicly asked fans to stop turning up at her family's home after a viewer knocked on the door asking one of her children for a photograph. The 51-year-old said the incident, which occurred while the family was away, made her feel it necessary to reiterate a boundary she has raised before, warning that such visits are both intrusive and potentially unsafe.

In an Instagram post, Radford explained that while the family are happy to chat and pose for photos when out in public, having strangers come to their private residence "crosses a line" and leaves her children vulnerable when the parents are not present. She also flagged a safety concern involving the family's protective dog, Lola, noting it was fortunate the dogs were not in the garden at the time. The appeal comes as the Radfords have been travelling, including a recent motorhome holiday in Spain and a UK beach trip earlier in the year.
