Ms. Rachel and Mr. Aron Accurso have released “I Love a Rainbow”, a colourful new music video and the first preview of their debut album, I’m So Happy, due on 25 September. The couple say the expanded song and child-led video reflect their aim to create joyful, ambitious children’s music that treats young audiences seriously and encourages play, connection and interest in musical instruments.

The bossa nova track gains a new bridge, strings and additional live musicians for the video, which was filmed with 11 children in Colorado and intercuts mountain scenes with musicians performing in New York. The 23-track album reworks songs from the Ms. Rachel channel with new arrangements, original material and classics, featuring 19 vocalists and 42 instrumentalists; some tracks use small ensembles while others have full orchestration.
