Netflix has confirmed that "Lupin", its acclaimed heist thriller starring Omar Sy, will return with Part 4 on 23 October 2026, ending a three-year wait since Part 3 aired in October 2023. The show, inspired by Maurice Leblanc's gentleman-thief character Arsène Lupin, has been one of Netflix's most consistent performers, boasting a 98% Tomatometer average and ranking as the platform's second-most-successful original series debut behind "Bridgerton".
Part 4 will comprise eight 45-minute episodes and has been in production since May 2026. Omar Sy returns as lead Assane Diop and co-showrunner, joined by regular cast members Ludivine Sagnier, Antoine Gouy, Soufiane Guerrab and Shirine Boutella, alongside newcomers Théo Christine and Laïka Blanc-Francard, whose roles have not yet been revealed. Etan Simon, who played Assane and Claire's son Raoul in the previous three parts, appears not to be returning. No trailer has been released, though first-look photos have been shared ahead of the premiere.

Netflix has confirmed that Lupin will return for a fourth part on 23 October 2026. The French-language crime drama, led by Omar Sy as the resourceful thief Assane Diop, is set to arrive roughly a month after the report was published, ending a gap of three years since Part 3.
The new instalment will consist of eight episodes, each running for about 45 minutes. Sy is also credited as a co-showrunner for the season. Returning cast members are reported to include Ludivine Sagnier as Claire, Antoine Gouy as Benjamin Ferel, Soufiane Guerrab as Youssef Guédira and Shirine Boutella as Sofia Belkacem.
Lupin takes its inspiration from Maurice Leblanc’s Arsène Lupin stories, updating the gentleman-thief tradition through Assane’s disguises, confidence tricks and heists. Its earlier parts proved particularly successful for Netflix: the first launched in January 2021 and was reported as one of the platform’s largest original-series debuts, while subsequent releases also drew significant audiences. The series has also received strong critical notices, with a reported average Rotten Tomatoes score of 98%.
Théo Christine and Laïka Blanc-Francard have joined the cast, although no character details have been announced. Etan Simon, who played Assane and Claire’s son Raoul in the first three parts, was not listed among the returning performers in the report. Netflix had not released a trailer at the time, but promotional images had been made available.
