Netflix has begun production in Prague on its television adaptation of Dan Brown's novel The Secret of Secrets, with the network releasing a first-look image and confirming the majority of the cast. Morgan Spector takes on the lead role of symbologist Robert Langdon, the character made famous in previous film adaptations, as the series brings Brown's latest bestseller to the small screen for the first time. The project, which secured a straight-to-series order at Netflix in May 2025, marks a significant expansion of the Langdon franchise into television.

Spector is joined by Rebecca Hall as Katherine Solomon, Cherry Jones as Heide Nagel, Corey Stoll as Everett Finch, Rob Delaney as Jonas Faukman and Abbey Lee as Sasha Vesna, alongside recurring cast members Mamadou Athie and Ben Levi Ross, plus newly announced additions Anamaria Marinca, Richard Sammel and Elena Saurel. The novel follows Langdon as he races to rescue a missing scientist and her manuscript, whose discoveries could transform humanity's understanding of the mind, with the series blending futuristic science, mystical lore and international intrigue. Carlton Cuse and Brown co-created and executive produce the still-untitled show, with Cuse also serving as writer and showrunner alongside fellow executive producers Emma Forman and Zoe Robyn.
