FireHouse’s new lead singer, Nate Peck, says the band should prioritise standalone singles over a new full-length album, arguing that regular releases keep listeners interested and wanting more. His comments indicate the veteran rock band is considering how to release new material following its line-up change after the death of former frontman C.J. Snare.

FireHouse has issued two singles, “Mighty Fine Lady” and “Midnight Gasoline”, in the past year, while its last studio album was 2011’s *Full Circle* and its last album of wholly new material was 2003’s *Prime Time*. Peck, who joined in 2024 after singing with the band from October 2023, said he would avoid re-recording Snare’s classic vocals out of respect, and aims to perform the band’s established hits in a way that retains their familiar sound.
