New ‘incest dossier’ against teacher mom accused of abusing her adopted teen sons: Sickening bed selfies… twisted texts… and Google searches about ‘forbidden love’

Police files in the case against Amber Swain, a 35-year-old former teacher and mother-of-six from Washington state, have been obtained by the Daily Mail and detail alleged sexual abuse of two of her adopted teenage sons. Swain was charged with incest earlier this year after her husband alerted police to his suspicions, and she has pleaded not guilty ahead of a trial due in October. The documents, gathered via forensic phone analysis and a public records request, include alleged topless selfies, bed photographs, text exchanges and internet search history that investigators say chart the development of the relationship.

The files allege the 17-year-old told officers he had traded naked photos with Swain and that they had exchanged texts about sleeping in the same bed, including one message in which Swain wrote "I'm your mom. I don't feel that towards you" before allegedly relenting. Her search history reportedly included "forbidden love psychology" just four months into the alleged relationship, and a phone note read "[Victim] being inappropriate with me." During police questioning she reportedly sat silent for 25 seconds before admitting to "fighting the attraction," while the boy described the relationship to investigators as "fine, good." Swain also told detectives she had tried separately to report being sexually assaulted by a second adopted son.
