Newlywed’s desperate plea to find her husband after he vanished Upstate and left his cell phone behind
A newlywed woman in Upstate New York is pleading for help finding her husband, Dominick Bianchi, 35, who vanished from their East Greenbush home without his phone, wallet or vehicle. His wife, Julianna Zyra, says the disappearance is especially worrying because Bianchi is a Type 1 diabetic whose glucose monitor relies on the phone he left behind, and because he has been privately struggling with his mental health.
Bianchi was last seen at the property, about five miles south of Albany, at around 10am on Tuesday, according to East Greenbush Police. He is described as 5ft 11in with blue-green eyes and brown hair and beard, last wearing black sweatpants, a black long-sleeve top and possibly a baseball cap. Zyra, married to him for ten months, appealed directly to him via local news outlet News 10 to come home, while urging the public not to speculate online, and police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
